This report is in the Igbo language. In many instances, students had to drop out of school because of illness, or having to take care of a sick loved one. The report was produced by Ugonna Edeani and script written by Chinenye Anichebe and reported by John Chikwere Oguejiofor.
The producer interviewed parents and children with the names, Uju, Confidence,  Aniude Solomon, Sunday Otugo, Chiwendu Ude, Mazi Ejikeme, Chidi Onuorah and Mma Chinemerem.

Desde el comienzo de la pandemia de COVID-19, en las redes sociales comenzó a circular una gran cantidad de información sobre esta enfermedad, su origen, sus síntomas, la forma de combatirla, las secuelas que deja a quienes se han contagiado, el proceso de vacunación para hacer frente a la misma y otros temas relacionados con esta situación que se vive a nivel mundial.

Este programa lo compartimos en el marco del Día Internacional de la Lengua Materna; un día en el que también debemos tomar conciencia de la importancia de revitalizarse y conservarlos puesto que encierran un valor cultural, personal, familiar y comunitario.

Como parte del proyecto “Pautas para pensar en mi lengua”, dirigido a niños y niñas hablantes de lenguas Indígenas, Nenemi Paxia Sinergias Educativas A.C. presenta la cápsula: “Manteca para el pelaje”, de la serie radioeducativa “Descubro y aprendo. Nos mantenemos limpios”. 

Como parte del proyecto “Pautas para pensar en mi lengua”, dirigido a niños y niñas hablantes de lenguas Indígenas, Nenemi Paxia Sinergias Educativas A.C. presenta la cápsula: “El misterio de la bellota”, de la serie radioeducativa “Aprendo de los frutos”. 

El objetivo de esta serie es desarrollar habilidades del pensamiento crítico en los niños y niñas que la escuchen, así como generar aprendizajes pertinentes de acuerdo a su contexto y a su lengua a través de la observación detenida, el asombro de lo cotidiano y el rescate de conocimientos comunitarios. 

Además de afectaciones en el tema de la salud, la pandemia de COVID-19 ha acarreado problemas a nivel económico, mismos que han dejado a nuestras comunidades en mayor desamparo, pobreza y marginación. Ante esta situación, ¿cómo podemos los Pueblos Indígenas reactivar la economía local?
