La Declaración contiene los derechos colectivos e individuales de los Pueblos Indígenas, especialmente sus derechos a sus tierras, bienes, recursos vitales, territorios y recursos, a su cultura, identidad y lengua, al empleo, la salud, la educación y a determinar libremente su condición política y su desarrollo económico.
