Explica la importancia de la radio comunitaria para compartir la experiencia Indígena. En 1980 se les frenó la adquisición de una frecuencia, hoy negocian con el nuevo gobierno, que hasta ahora les ha ofrecido tres espacios radiofónicos en dos emisoras propiedad del estado.
