Para asegurar que se cumpla con el derecho al consentimiento libre previo e informado se pueden realizar sesiones comunitarias para estar enterados en todo lo que sucede o pueda suceder en el pueblo. Adjunto, se tiene que mantener la supervisión de los proyectos para asegurar que las cosas se realicen como se decidió dentro de las sesiones.

Francisco Calitzai, Presidente del Comité para la Eliminación de la Discriminación Racial de las Naciones Unidas. Calitzai reconoce la lucha y larga trayectoria de las mujeres Indígenas y la discriminación. Habla de la importancia del conocimiento y saber los derecho que nos pertenece. También exhorta a los jóvenes educarse e usar la tecnología para formar parte de la lucha para eliminar la discriminación y se cumplan nuestros derechos.

Victoria Sánchez, Indígena Muisca de Colombia nos habla sobre la lucha de su comunidad por el tema de las tierras, enfrentan muchos retos ya que esta comunidad geográficamente situado en el centro de Colombia y el gobierno distrital urbano han invadido los territorios de las comunidades, también menciona como el gobierno distrital y el nacional no les ampara ni le reconoce sus derechos de tierra pese a sus denuncias.
