Una serie de entrevistas con mujeres (y un hombre) sacadas durante la Conferencia Global de Mujeres Indigenas en Noviembre de 2013 en Lima, Peru.
Unas preocupaciones principales de las mujeres indígenas durante esta conferencia global fueron los temas de violencia, la participación política de mujeres, el uso de la tecnología de las mujeres, su autonomía y educación, y la libre determinación, con una enfoca en las mujeres jóvenes y las de áreas rurales.
Messages From Youth To Elders
World Conference of Indigenous Women 2013
Indigenous youth leaders from around the world send messages to their elders, stating that the messages passed on to them from their elders affects them greatly.
2019 is The International Year Of Indigenous Languages
The world will indeed be a poorer place without the languages and cultures of Indigenous Peoples.
So it is necessary to celebrate and promote Indigenous Languages, thereby improving the lives of the peoples who speak the languages.
