La Declaración de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Derechos de los Pueblos Indígenas fue adoptada en Nueva York el 13 de septiembre de 2007. La Declaración contiene los derechos colectivos e individuales de los Pueblos Indígenas, especialmente sus derechos a sus tierras, bienes, recursos vitales, territorios y recursos, a su cultura, identidad y lengua, al empleo, la salud, la educación y a determinar libremente su condición política y su desarrollo económico.

01. What is Free, Prior, Informed Consent? (Nepali) पुर्व सुसूचित जानकारी सहितको स्वतन्त्र मन्जुरी भनेको के हो ?

पुर्व सुसूचित जानकारी सहितको स्वतन्त्र मन्जुरी अधिकार भनेको सरकारले आदिवासी जनजातिहरुको भुमि, भुक्षेत्र, प्राकृतिक स्रोत साधनमाथी कुनै किसिमको विकास कार्यक्रमहरु आयोजना गर्नु अगाडी आदिवासीहरुसँग बिना करकाप परामर्श गरिनुपर्छ र उनीहरुको आवाजलाई सुनिनुपर्दछ भन्ने मान्यता हो । The right to Free, Prior and Informed Consent means that governments have to inform Indigenous communities about any development projects they want to start in their territories, and listen to their opinions before beginning the project. World Tourism Day is commemorated each year on 27 September in order to foster awareness among the international community of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political, and economic value. This year, tourism has been among the hardest hit of all sectors by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the theme of the 2020 edition of international day is "Tourism and Rural Development." Undoubtedly, the tourism is one of the largest industries in the world. One out of every 10 jobs in the whole world is in the tourism industry and 30 percent of the world revenue comes from tourism.
